タマオの時計 プライバシーポリシー

mojux（以下「当方」）は、Android アプリ「タマオの時計」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリが端末内で扱う情報
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。当方のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
- 時計の色、背景の色、24時間表記などの設定
- 時計をタップしたときに開くアプリの名前と識別子
- 「タマオの今日の一言」を最後に読んだ日、お昼のお知らせのオン・オフ
これらの情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。
2. インストール済みアプリの一覧
時計をタップしたときに開くアプリを選べるようにするため、本アプリはホーム画面から起動できるアプリの一覧を読み取ります。一覧は選択画面の表示にのみ使い、保存するのは利用者が選んだアプリの情報だけです。一覧を端末の外へ送信することはありません。
3. 通知
「お昼のお知らせ」をオンにした場合に限り、今日の一言をまだ読んでいない日のお昼ごろに通知を表示します。通知は端末内で作られるもので、通知のために情報を送信することはありません。お知らせは設定画面または端末の設定からいつでもオフにできます。
4. 広告について
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google LLC が提供する AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、広告 ID、端末や OS の情報、IP アドレス、広告の表示やタップの状況などを自動的に取得する場合があります。取得される情報とその利用目的については、次のページをご確認ください。
パーソナライズ広告は、端末の「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」から広告 ID を削除することで無効にできます（端末によって項目名が異なる場合があります）。
5. クラッシュレポートについて
本アプリは、不具合の把握と修正のために、Google LLC が提供する Firebase Crashlytics を利用しています。本アプリが異常終了した場合などに、発生時の状況（エラーの内容、端末の機種、OS のバージョン、本アプリのバージョン、Crashlytics が割り当てるインストールごとの識別子など）が送信されます。氏名やメールアドレスなど、個人を直接特定する情報は含まれません。
6. 第三者への提供
当方が利用者の情報を収集して第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、第4項・第5項に記載したとおり、Google LLC がそれぞれのサービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取得・利用します。
7. このポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能の変更などに合わせて、このポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページで改定日とともにお知らせします。

TamaoClock Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how mojux ("we") handles information in the Android app "TamaoClock" (the "App").
1. Information the App keeps on your device
The App stores the following only on your device. We never send it to our servers.
- Settings such as the clock color, background color, and 24-hour format
- The name and identifier of the app that opens when you tap the clock
- The day you last read Tamao's word of the day, and whether the lunchtime reminder is on
This information is removed from your device when you uninstall the App.
2. List of installed apps
So that you can choose which app opens when you tap the clock, the App reads the list of apps that can be launched from your home screen. The list is used only to show the selection screen. The App saves only the app you choose, and the list never leaves your device.
3. Notifications
Only if you turn on the lunchtime reminder, the App shows a notification around noon on days you haven't read the word of the day. The notification is created on your device, and no information is sent for it. You can turn the reminder off at any time in the App's settings or in your device settings.
4. Advertising
The App uses AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to show ads. To serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect information such as your advertising ID, device and OS information, IP address, and how you view or tap ads. You can turn off personalized ads by deleting your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads on your device (menu names may vary by device).
5. Crash reports
To find and fix bugs, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC. When the App crashes, for example, information about the event is sent, such as the error details, device model, OS version, App version, and a per-installation identifier assigned by Crashlytics. It does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not collect your information or share it with third parties. However, as described in sections 4 and 5, Google LLC collects and uses information in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of its services.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App's features change. If we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with its new effective date.
